(57) The present invention relates to a composite bridge girder and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite bridge girder is constituted by: combining casing concrete with a steel beam; inserting a strand into a sheath pipe inside the casing concrete; fixing the strand while applying tensile force thereto; applying pre-stress to the casing concrete; and coupling an end lower flange to the lower end of the end cut portion of the steel beam. Accordingly, the present invention can achieve the effect of smoothly performing the process of applying tensile force to the strand while lowering the center of gravity of the girder and thus significantly reducing the possibility of the girder falling down due to a lateral load such as wind load.
