Besser expands customer service team

Todd O‘Neil, who has been with Besser for 17 years as a fabricator/welder, was promoted to a Customer Service Representative for the company’s Masonry/Hardscape product line. O’Neil has a vast knowledge of equipment and parts, and regularly provides technical assistance. 

Dave Miller rejoined Besser as a Product Specialist, with a focus on Mold proposals and pricing. He has detailed knowledge of Besser molds, parts, and equipment from his 20+ years experience in sales and customer service.
