Demonstration of the new concrete block machine SHP 5000 C

In the summer of 2004, the factory Techmatik was
established in Radom / Poland. The core competence of the company is the production of machines, equipment and molds for the manufacture of construction products as well as complete production lines. The machines, equipment and molds manufactured by Techmatik are suitable for manufacturing processes with steel production boards. A maximum of compaction and reduced manufacturing expenses because of a decline in cement consumption are characteristic for the computer controlled automated production lines.

The company is still keen to expand the range of machines and equipment that it is already manufacturing. Before the market launch, the machinery is thoroughly tried and tested on the own pilot plant in Radom. In 2008, Techmatik has started the production of planetary mixers of the series SPM that are distinguished by shortened mixing times due to the pre-dosing system used for water as well as owing to the lining of a hardness of more than 55 HRC. In 2009, Techmatik has again expanded the product range by the modern packing machine Robopak as well as a washing device for finishing Washmatik products. The modern production line based on the concrete block machine Techmatik SHP 5000 C with the integrated Colormix system was introduced in September 2009.

Thanks to the quality and productive capacity of the equipment and devices manufactured as well as the competitive prices the company is dynamically opening up new business markets, and according to the company‘s information they are the current market leader in the field of machinery for manufacturing of paving stones in Poland as well as some other countries. At present, Poland is one of the biggest markets for paving stones with an annual production of 80 million m².

Techmatik is supplying directly to manufacturing companies of many countries in Europe and Asia. Owing to the agreement with the American company Columbia Machine, Inc. molds covering the logo Columbia-Techmatik are allowed to be distributed to companies of concrete products manufactured with vibration-pressing technology in North and South America as well as Australia and New Zealand.
