As the economy begins to rebound, many concrete product producers will begin the process of reviving their plans to either construct new plants or invest in expansion activities at their facility. It is vitally important to re-evaluate the method under which you might have performed these tasks in the past, versus today. Given the cost of capital and the need to maintain an adequate cash position, producers should strive to both formalize the process and fully understand their true needs.
It can consider that on the projects which were completed as a full evaluation of the market for the product, developed the proforma financial statements, and then built the factory to meet those potential short and long term needs; the level of success was extremely high.
