Construction Congress 2014: From Istanbul to Vienna

The Construction Congress that is held every two years was organized, in 2014, for the first time by the Austrian Construction Society (öbv) as Construction Congress for clients, the construction and construction materials industry and consulting engineers. More than 2,000 participants from around 20 countries had come to ­Vienna.

The 50 lectures that were presented focused on research and development, infrastructure and building construction, renewable energy (green building), cavity construction (tunnels, hydro power plants), and planning and building.
