ECJ judgement on C-100/13
According to ECJ judgment in case C-100/13 delivered on October 16, 2014, the Federal Republic of Germany is no longer allowed to impose additional requirements on the use of construction products with CE marking. This declaratory judgment applies to three specific groups of construction products, which are covered by the harmonized European standards (hEN’s) and refers to the Construction Product Directive (CPD) [1] that has ceased to exist in the meantime.
