“Rheological Measurement on Building Materials” at FH Regensburg
In March 2009, a colloquium held at the Regensburg University for Applied Sciences will inform about new developments in the field of rheometry of building materials. A workshop in the laboratory at the next day will complete the event.
After so many years it might be referred to as a tradition: already for the 18th time, specialists will meet in Regensburg on 11th and 12th March 2009, in order to discuss about research findings and practical experiences on the topic of rheometry of building materials. Along with the development of the building materials self-compacting and ultra high performance concrete rheometry gets even more in the center of attention of research and industry. A target-oriented design of special and high-performance mortar and concrete grades without any kind of rheological measurements is almost impossible nowadays. What has started as a small discussion group has developed to an international event in the meantime. The colloquium subsists on the commitment of its participants and referees. Everybody interested in taking part with a presentation or poster at short notice, may apply to the organizer, Schleibinger Geräte und Greim GmbH. Admission is free for participants.
