 Patrick Declerck elected president of BIBM, the European Federation for Precast Concrete, for the period 2011-2014.

One of the main outcomes of the 20th BIBM Congress that took place in Cannes on 16-17 June 2011 was the election of Patrick Declerck (CEO of Decomo – PST Group, Belgium) to the presidency of BIBM, the European Federation for Precast Concrete for the period 2011-2014. He succeeds to Pierre Brousse (CEO of Consolis), head of BIBM from 2008 to 2011.
