Vollert takes over Nuspl

A new strategic investor has rescued the concrete plant supplier Nuspl Maschinenbau from insolvency. With effect from September 1st, 2012, Vollert Anlagenbau GmbH’s associates — located in Weinsberg, southern Germany — will take over business operations.

The core competencies of the Karlsruhe-based company Nuspl focus on formwork pallets, tilting tables, battery moulds, formworks for columns and beams and custom-made formwork construction.  These strengths will be preserved under the umbrella of the powerful investor.
