Cleaning „by pushing a button“
Walter Instrument GmbH developed a complete cleaning system „by pushing a button”. For more than 20 years the company has been a manufacturer of cleaning systems for the concrete industry.
This system is used in automated precast plants, for cleaning buckets, chutes and concrete distributors. It is possible to clean open containers without covering segment by segment.
The reliable rotating three-dimensional nozzle system RD3 has a cleaning power of 22 kW with 50 to 100 l/min and can cope with the greatest challenges. The inclination of the nozzle head of below 45° focuses the concentration of the cleaning effect on the mixing arms. Wall and covers are cleaned depending on their contamination.
