Microwave moisture probing

Greater accuracy, more applications

In economically difficult environment quality and efficiency of the production facilities are critical to the success of a company. The microwave technology led to significant progress here. These include for example the independence of the pH value of the measured material, the detectable high humidity, high penetration depth, and independence of temperature conditions.

With the use of modern electronics the Franz Ludwig GmbH is getting moisture measurement to optimize the process to market. The same applies to the sensors and for the evaluators, the circuit designs are kept at the current technology standard.

Thus it was possible to increase the speed of processing the measured values significantly. Allowing even under unfavorable material properties in front of the probe head an accurate determination of material moisture. In addition, a high temperature stability of the probes is guaranteed.

For optimum use of the microwave probes in different installation...
