Mobile moisture measurement for fast measuring results

The FL-Profi Check Advanced is an advanced, mobile solution for fast and precise determination of in-process moisture and temperature. It is designed for application in company receiving departments for bulk goods, and on construction sites. FL-Bucket Moisture Check

Moisture and temperature can be rapidly and precisely determined with the Bucket Moisture Check:

Moisture and temperature are determined with a dielectric microwave probe – for all bulk goods and concrete types from earth-moist (no-slump) to plastic consistencies

Preselectable measuring units in % of moisture, w/c ratio and l/m³ concrete

Wireless power supply by rechargeable battery or external plug-in power supply, which enables its use in the plant or on the construction site

Simplification of the calibration process for moisture probes in bulk goods and mixing processes

Operation, calibration and operation, calibration and storing of wireless-obtained measured data with free-of-charge software for all commonly available Windows systems

FL-Inspector

Supervises the quality of the concrete in the drum of the truck mixer:

Rapid determination of all relevant characteristics of concrete quality during transport and/or before unloading, such as water content, optionally in % moisture, liter/m³ or as w/c ratio; temperature and spread/slump; consistency

Relevant data of the mixing drum, such as direction and speed of rotation, filling level of drum, inclination of the vehicle to earth axis, residual concrete and/or water, homogeneity of the mix

Targeted precision batching of water, as required

Possible link-up with the tracking system on the vehicle via WLAN according to the German Industrie 4.0 technology
