Besser Company acquires Kraft Energy
Expanding its scope of capabilities for the worldwide concrete products industry Besser Company acquired Kraft Energy on 1 April 2010. Kevin Curtis, Besser Company President and CEO, stated, “Adding Kraft’s expertise in curing provides our customers, and the entire manufactured concrete products industry, global access to effective and efficient concrete curing solutions that set the industry standard.”
Kraft Energy President, Michael Kraft, added, “The Besser acquisition of Kraft Energy enhances our resources, while allowing us to continue developing and servicing the global market for bespoke high performance accelerated concrete curing equipment.”
