Caswick joins Afinitas Family of Brands
Afinitas, the leading global infrastructure equipment and services company, announced today that it has acquired Caswick Limited, a leading manufacturer of access and sealing products for the precast concrete, drainage and utilities industries. The acquisition opens growth opportunities for Afinitas’ CAM Products Concrete Accessories division by expanding its product portfolio into new areas.
Caswick’s established reputation for producing and distributing high quality manhole steps and ladders as well as sealant strips, elastomeric seals and other accessories complements the wide selection of metal and plastic reinforcement spacers and stirrups offered by the Afinitas CAM Products brands.
Acquisition expands concrete accessories division offering

Caswick is headquartered in North Lincolnshire, England. The company was founded and led by Chris Cawte, Gillian Cawte and Paul Davies, who will continue with the team.
