(57) The present invention relates to a concrete pile structure using a modular pile, and a modular pile manufacturing apparatus and method, which form the modular pile only with a concrete pile main body not having separate shoes or caps attached to both ends thereof, so as to form one standard of the modular piles for manufacturing a PHC pile and the like, such that manufacturing has good efficiency with respect to the supply and management of materials, and thus feasibility can be greatly improved. A concrete pile structure using a modular pile of the present invention is formed by coupling a plurality of modular piles in a longitudinal direction, and the modular pile comprises: a concrete pile main body having a hollow portion formed in the center thereof and having exposed upper and lower ends; a plurality of PC nuts respectively buried at both ends of the concrete pile main body; and a PC steel bar of which both end portions are respectively coupled and fixed to the PC nuts.
