Joined forces
Simem and Putzmeister agreed on a strategic integration. With joined forces the two companies want to conquer a significant global market share. Simem is a supplier of stationary and mobile concrete batching plants, as well as concrete distribution systems for ready mix, precast and infrastructural projects. Putzmeister Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries develop, produce, sell and serve their customers world-wide with machines for placement and transportation of concrete, such as concrete pumps, truck mixers, placing booms and accessories.
