Microgel “free”

Hebau continues its innovative path with a new corrosion-free version of Microgel. Microgel “free” is a combination of active agents that removes hardened cement paste on the surface in the usual manner, but without causing metal corrosion – a well-known problem to many processors of acidifying agents.

Steel formwork used in precast plants, or metal window frames on construction sites are in this way protected from quick rust formation, which is likely to occur when concrete surfaces are acid-etched.

A beneficial side effect of the innovation from Hebau: Microgel “free” is nearly odorless. The processors are enthusiastic, reports the manufacturer.
