New plant in China planned
The Wacker Neuson Group plans to open a new plant near Shanghai, China.
Initial products will include compact excavators for the local market, with other products to follow. In mid-June of this year, Cem Peksaglam, the CEO of Neuson SE, signed the required contracts on location.
“In the end, we decided on the Pinghu location in the Province of Zhejiang because our requirements are best met there, and support by the local authorities is outstanding,” according to Peksaglam.
