Recourse of the building contractor to the expert?
A detached single-family home is to be provided with a waterproof basement. When calibrating the ground slab, which projects 1 m at the entrance and to the opposite patio, the building contractor makes a grave measuring mistake in that the slab is too large on both sides by 1m. The error becomes apparent before the walls are installed.
