The existing business opportunities in the Saudi market convinced Espac to invest in the installation of a production plant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Ever since the establishment of Hess AAC Systems B.V. in 2006, the goal of the company has been to provide the option to manufacture an entire range of top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products at the lowest possible production cost. Most of the plants installed by Hess are producing blocks in various dimensions and densities, as well as steel-reinforced wall panels and floor and roof slabs.
