Rondeau named Executive Director of Sales

Kevin Curtis, Besser Company CEO and President, announces the promotion of Duane Rondeau to the position of Executive Director of Sales – Masonry & Hardscape. In this new role, Rondeau is responsible for leadership of both the International and National sales teams. Curtis commented, “I’m confident that Duane’s understanding of Besser equipment and the global concrete products industry gives him the knowledge to lead our sales team. I’m sure that, under his leadership, Besser will continue providing producers with the industry’s best equipment and support.”

Duane started at Besser Company as an intern 33 years ago. Upon graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University in 1988, he joined the engineering team, later moved into sales administration and ultimately gained a leadership role with international sales in 2012.

Exploring opportunities for growth

As Executive Director of Sales Rondeau is leading an experienced and diverse sales team focused on providing industry-leading customer service. He is working closely with industry veterans, John Reedy, for North American Markets, and Mike Munro, for International Markets. Rondeau remarked, “I’m proud to be leading a sales team that’s passionate about teamwork and provides responsive support that producers deserve.
