Shear-resistant paver system for Mannheim’s public transport
Against the backdrop of its “Climate Action Plan 2010”, the city of Mannheim was planning an entirely new tram line, construction of which began in December 2012. The “Stadtbahn Mannheim Nord” project, which was funded by the federal government and the state of Baden-Württemberg, comprised the new construction of a 6.4-km long route intended to close a large gap in Mannheim’s tram network.
