Supervisory Board Transition at Schöck AG
Dr. Hans-Hermann Klumpp has resigned from his position on the supervisory board at Schöck AG on grounds of age. The entrepreneur Dr. Christof Maisch has been Dr. Klumpp‘s designated successor since 10 July 2015. In addition to her existing supervisory board mandate, Felicitas Schöck, daughter of company founder Eberhard Schöck, is succeeding Dr. Klumpp by assuming the duties of Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board. With son Robin and daughter Felicitas, the Schöck family makes up one third of the supervisory board members.
The Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, Alfons Hörmann, thanked Dr. Klumpp for 22 years of service and for his valuable support in the company‘s development. As the head of an innovative family business that strives for sustainability in the construction industry, new supervisory board member Dr. Christof Maisch, who holds a doctorate in industrial engineering, brings the ideal prerequisites for a board membership. Maisch has been on the board of the Eberhard-Schöck Foundation since 2002 and is also the Vice President of the Brahmsgesellschaft Baden-Baden e.V.
