Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH based in Bad Schussenried has been engineering and manufacturing concrete mixing plants for 60 years now. The ring-pan mixer played an important role right from the beginning.
The mixer system is the core component of every concrete mixing plant; it is instrumental for the later concrete quality. Getting a good mix result is not a matter of chance, but the outcome of countless tests and trials. For this reason, Liebherr already invested in an own pilot plant (Fig. 1) more than 40 years ago. Today, the company is proud of a brand-new, state-of-the-art technical center with concrete laboratory (Fig. 2).
