Eisen Fischer GmbH invests at Diez location
Eisen Fischer GmbH, a company based in Limburg-Offheim, is one of the major players in the sanitary, bathroom equipment, tools, steel and rebar processing sectors with over 13 branches and 380 employees in Germany.
In 1991, the management, which at the time consisted of Petra Häuser and her father, Konrad Fischer, made the decision to further expand the Diez branch and, in addition to steel trading, process reinforcing steel in the future. From small beginnings, the division was steadily expanded under the management of Peter Gey and the present branch manager, Markus Wagenbach. Following several expansion measures and investments, the current management, Julia Häuser, Petra Häuser and Oliver Wintzer, together with the Diez branch management, Wagenbach and Schweitzer, recently made the decision to once again expand the rebar processing division on a major scale. Some logistical components for the bar processing division, which Pedax was involved in planning at an early stage, had already been delivered several months ago.
Proficient planning and outstanding team performance
To create this capacity, the company invested in two high-performance Twinmaster 16 X+ and one Twinmaster 13 S automatic stirrup bending machines as well as a Perfekt 60 CC rebar bending machine from Pedax. The stirrup bending machines were all equipped with state-of-the-art, motor-driven 5-ton decoilers. To cope with current market conditions, in particular with regard to the acute shortage of labor and the significant differences in price between coil and bar material, Eisen Fischer made the decision to additionally invest in a new Permatic 60 SK double bending line.
The long-standing, strong partnership between Eisen Fischer and Pedax, the high level of service and the convincing price-performance ratio offered by the Bitburg-based machine manufacturer were compelling reasons for placing the order with Pedax, according to Wagenbach. The entire Pedax team is very proud to have been able to accompany the steep road to success of Eisen Fischer for 30 years, and is already looking forward to future challenging projects.
