(57) A fabricated leveling composite radiation energy-saving concrete wall and a construction method therefor. The fabricated leveling composite radiation energy-saving concrete wall comprises a concrete wall (1), and further comprises a heat preservation coiled material (2) wrapping the surface of the concrete wall (1), and a veneer (3), the surface of which is attached to the outer surface of the heat preservation coiled material (2). A support for preventing the thermalö insulation coiled material (2) from being crushed is uniformly arranged between surfaces of the veneer (3) and the concrete wall (1). The support having an anchoring effect is adhered to both the concrete wall (1) and the veneer (3), so that damage to a wall waterproof layer and the veneer (3) is avoided; moreover, all components are prefabricated parts, and a wall pipeline (7) is buried in the heat preservation coiled material (2) rather than the wall surface; there is no need for any drilling or grooving operation on site, only simple assembly needs to be performed, and quick and coiled material such as aerogel felt can be used for building heat preservation.
