(57) According to the present invention, a first concrete block is installed while a guide pole is temporarily coupled to a rebar assembly for a column of the first concrete block by using a rebar fixing board arranged on the upper end portion of a guide pipe, after that, a second concrete block is installed. Then, the guide pole is removed and a concrete column is formed so that the concrete column is connected to a first concrete block body by the rebar assembly for the column, and thus, the lower end portion of the concrete column is formed very firmly and the rigidity of the entire concrete block structure can be greatly improved.
