(57) The invention relates to a block for assembly and interlocking, the structure of which includes steel screens (1) and hooks (2) which, placed informs, receive layers of concrete or plaster forming panels (3) of various sizes and finishes; when two panels (3) are joined back-to-back parallel to each other, using clips (11), the panels are interconnected by the hooks (2), which are filled with grout, forming a rail (5), bonding and locking the panels, resulting in a concrete or plaster block, the inside of which can receive water tanks, insulation and shielding, forming a high-strength, rigid assembly of moderate weight and various sizes, with the possibility of finishes on different faces (6) (12) of the same modular block; the block is quick to both manufacture and assemble, easy to handle without the need for large-scale equipment for movement and transport, and reduces the space needed for storage.
