AWM joins the Schnell Group

After an initial business alliance that began in 2020, Schnell and AWM formalised the incorporation of the Friulian company into the Schnell Group. Ex AWM controlling shareholders, Susanna & Roberto Bernardinis, now retain a significant stake and their position as Company Directors.
The amalgamation of AWM into the Schnell Group offers significant opportunities for growth and will lead to AWM developing into one of the main players in the pre-cast industry for plant & machinery.
AWM will benefit both from Schnell Group’s business network and their expertise in producing fully automated equipment.
