New release of Civil 2010 v2.1

Midas released new construction software. According to the company the new version midas Civil 2010 v2.1 is capable of:

- Dynamic Report Generation capability in MS word format,

- Pressure type of Beam loads for assigning wind loads to tapered girders,

- Pre Stressed concrete Design for EUROCODE 2-2:05 in addition to AASHTO LRFD,

- Grillage wizard, Wood-Armor moment and Auto meshing.

In addition to all the new features, free online training sessions will be held twice a month. The first session introduces the general and basic features and analysis capabilities in midas Civil. Session 2 covers advanced features and topics such as Seismic Analysis, Pre/Post Tension Segmental bridges, Cable Stayed bridges and much more. This month of June’s online training (webinar) will cover Seismic analysis.
