Bush hammering with Frankroll: Multifunctional application through different tools

The rotary bush hammering tool Frankroll is easily mounted upon every “Form Frankfurt Teller” (FF) and is therefore especially suited for bush hammering works where frequent exchange of the rotary tools is necessary.

The Frankroll module is just to be slided into the mounting plate and is ready for work. Thus time-consuming change of tools can be optimized. On each module either one or two rotary bush hammering tools can be mounted on one axis. Mechanical wear on axis and bearings can be minimized through lubricating nipples and increase the average life of the modules.
The great variety of rotary bush hammers with different graining enables to treat any kind of concrete. There are achievable surfaces ranging from fine / middle / coarse to very coarse as well as grit blasted optics. The Frankroll can be used in common floor grinders, wall bracket grinders and belt grinders.
Since the modules are mounted upon the FF adapting plate the use of the Frankroll is very cost-efficient. The evenly applied bush hammering whilst working with the FF using rotary bush hammering tools is well known.
