New: Amdurit wear plates made by Ammann
It is the objective of every plant operator to optimize the plant maintenance. In this regard, wear protection inside the mixer is an issue in the precast concrete plant. For this purpose, Ammann is recently offering the Amdurit wear protection. According to the information of the Swiss company this product provides a much time longer service life compared to wear-proof steel.
Amdurit is a composite liner plate with many times the service life of Hardox. Thanks to different material thicknesses, material and qualities, and the possibility to produce original parts for a plant, the range of applications is almost unlimited. Any kind of wear caused by processing abrasive materials in a concrete mixing plant or gravel plant is massively reduced by the application of Amdurit wear plates. Service life may be increased by factor three and operating costs may be caped in the long-term.
