Bibko GmbH is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special highlight at this year's bauma, the world's leading trade fair for construction and building materials machinery (7 to 13 April 2025 in Munich). The company, which has been a leading manufacturer of residual concrete recycling systems since it was founded in 1985, is presenting a fully pre-assembled chamber filter press, one of its proven core products - and for the first time in a more elaborate form directly on the trade fair stand.

‘bauma is the most important trade fair for us,’ explains Frank Häussermann, Managing Director of Bibko GmbH. ‘For our 40th anniversary, we deliberately opted for a larger and more eye-catching presentation to give our customers a comprehensive impression of the quality and efficiency of our products.’

Efficient solution for increasing challenges in the concrete industry

The chamber filter press is playing an increasingly important role in the industry. In view of the increased use of high-density concrete types and the challenge of increasing quantities of grey water on construction sites, the chamber filter press offers an efficient solution.

While the conventional removal of grey water with pump trucks is becoming increasingly expensive due to rising landfill costs and limited collection capacities, the chamber filter press offers an economical and environmentally friendly alternative. It separates solids from water and thus significantly reduces the disposal volume.

Ready to go quickly thanks to pre-assembly

Another innovation can be seen in the way it is presented: the chamber filter press is supplied as a pre-assembled unit in a container. For customers, this not only means considerable time savings during assembly, but also simplified commissioning. ‘Even a classic product can be rethought and made even more user-friendly through innovative approaches,’ continues Häussermann.

40 years of innovation and sustainability

For four decades, Bibko GmbH has stood for innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of concrete recycling. The systems, which are developed and produced entirely in Germany, have established themselves worldwide and make a significant contribution to reducing costs and conserving resources. Over 2,000 systems have been installed worldwide to date
