Master Builders Solutions Announces Closure on Joint Venture with MBT Tech

Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in innovative concrete admixtures and construction solutions, has finalized the acquisition of a 51% stake in MBT Teknik Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (aka MBT Tech), a joint stock company based in Turkey. The official closing ceremony took place in Istanbul on Wednesday, December 18th. Financial details of the investment have not been disclosed.
Modern production plant
MBT Tech is a key supplier of construction chemicals such as mortars, grouts, tile adhesives and waterproofing solutions to the Turkish market. The company is registered in Istanbul with its modern production plant being located in Sakarya. Its shareholders are also active in the construction chemical market via their distribution companies Nanotek and Aykimtaş. Master Builders Solutions will enhance MBT Tech’s product portfolio by supplying a broader range of construction chemicals to the Turkish market.
Significant milestone
