Master Builders Solutions Announces Joint Venture with MBT Tech – a Chemical supplier in Turkey

Master Builders Solutions, a renowned global leader in innovative concrete admixtures and solutions for the construction industry, today announced the definitive agreement to acquire 51% of MBT Teknik Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (aka MBT Tech), a joint stock company in Turkey. The financial details of the investment are not being disclosed at this time. The official signing took place today in Ankara.
MBT Tech, is a key supplier of construction chemicals such as mortars and grouts to the Turkish market. The company is registered in Istanbul with its modern production plant being located in Ferizli. Its shareholders are also active in the construction chemical market via their distribution companies Nanotek and Aykimtaş. Master Builders Solutions will enhance MBT Tech’s product portfolio by supplying a range of construction chemicals to the Turkish market.
