Promaintain becomes part of the Peri Group

Effective July 1, 2023, Peri SE has acquired Promaintain GmbH & Co. KG in Gaimersheim, Germany. The company will continue to operate as an independent unit within the Peri Group, under its previous brand and company name. All previous employees of Promaintain will be taken over.

Promaintain is one of the leading service providers for innovative, holistic industrial scaffolding. The company offers efficient and transparent project planning and implementation for scaffolding companies, industrial plant operators and general contractors (EPCs). Services such as turnaround management, 3D laser scanning and animation round out Promaintain's portfolio.
Increasing customer benefit
Peri scaffolding materials will continue to be sold to scaffolders through the Peri sales organizations.A key reason for the acquisition for PeriI was to increase customer value.The expanded competence enables Peri customers to benefit from holistic planning of industrial projects as well as the provision of scaffolding material in an integrated approach.All the requirements of the various trades and the client are carefully taken into account. Especially in complex industrial projects with extensive interfaces and high safety standards, this holistic solution proves to be a significant advantage. It leads to increased efficiencies, improved project quality and reliable process reliability and adherence to schedules.This represents an immediate financial added value for the customer.
