Since the last bauma in 2007 KTI has developed by leaps and bounds. The company doubled sales and turnover and has sold more than 2000 concrete cooling equipments worldwide by now. KTI announced the opening of Saudi operations during the last bauma and is now pleased that KTI-Saudi is operational and has fully equipped warehouses in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah. Each location is serviced by only three to four technicians.
For a smooth and efficient after sales service and parts supply KTI-Dubai Branch was established in the year 2009. KTI-Dubai Branch boasts of a 3,000 m² parts facility stocking 100% parts and components for the plants. KTI-Dubai Branch is staffed by a full time service manager assisted by fifteen technicians taking care of worldwide servicing and commissioning of plants.
The KTI-Qatar operation has been successful with its dedicated parts warehouse in Doha and Raslaffan. According to the company, the efficient service and parts delivery is very much appreciated by their customers.
