Concrete grease separator with many advantages

All grease separators are based on the same separation principles and are of similar design. Important criteria for comparing the different systems on offer are, aside from the costs, their stability and functionality in day-to-day practice. Particularly separators made of reinforced concrete that are installed in the ground get high marks.

All establishments where fatty water occurs are required to use a grease separator. Among these are, for example, cafeterias, restaurants, hotels, rest stops, butchers and senior citizen residences as well as companies of the food processing industry.

Grease separators function on the basis of the gravity system. They consist of a sludge trap, a fat collector a sampling device and, frequently, a lifting plant.
