Fastening system for tubbing construction
For tubbing construction of tunnels the fastening system for embedded parts always has to be taken into account too. For this purpose, anchor channels of Deutsche Kahneisen Gesellschaft (DKG) are classified as a reliable and cost-saving option. In the precast concrete plant these anchor channels are integrated in the reinforcement so as to be flush with the surface.
A foam filling is inserted in the Jordahl® channels as to prevent concrete penetrating in the same. Precise mounting of the anchor channels is achieved by a fixing system at the bottom of the formwork or by means of welding them on the reinforcement cage using welding calibers. This allows strictly complying with given tolerances.
