The basement as zebra

Klaus Hufnagl Betonwaren GmbH uses precast solid wall elements manufactured in the own factory from the bottom plate up to the roof ridge in the field of house and residential construction. For basements the company has decided to apply the system of B.T. innovation located in Magdeburg (Germany).

Here, the waterproof concrete basement or, to be more precisely, the so-called „zebra sealing“ is applied, i.e. the joints will be subsequently sealed from outside in stripes with a sheeting that is approved by building authorities for such purposes with a respective test certificate. In this way, a pressurized water sealing is achieved with InnoElast® and ProElast® for a water column of up to 20 m.
