The Enventa Group continues to grow: the two industry specialists Softbauware GmbH, headquartered in Langen, and Gesys GmbH & Co. KG, based in Leutkirch im Allgäu, are new member companies of the Group. Both companies have a large customer base in the construction supply industry, such as producers of precast concrete parts, concrete blocks and bulk materials, as well as in the prefabricated house and timber construction sectors. The acquisition of Softbauware and Gesys is a major step for the Enventa Group on its way to further expanding its portfolio of industry solutions and becoming a leading software provider in the German-speaking market.

Companies successfully represented on the market

With the two companies Softbauware and Gesys, which have been successfully represented on the market for over 30 years, the Enventa Group is acquiring proven industry experts and further expanding its portfolio of ERP industry solutions. The reference customers of the new group members, who together employ 115 people, include companies such as Baufritz, Kronimus, ABI Beton and Heidelberger Betonelemente. The partner network includes Progress Software Development GmbH and the system houses Cobus Concept GmbH and Aptus IT GmbH.

The founder and Managing Director of Softbauware, Andreas Hougardy, will continue to manage the company within the Enventa Group and actively support the integration process into the Group. The same applies to Stefan Zabicki as Managing Director of Gesys. Both will work closely with the management of the Enventa Group to create synergies for customers and promote further growth and the innovation potential of the software solutions. For customers, partners and employees, this means security and continuity of contact partners. The partner business will be continued and further developed in the proven manner.

Statements

Andreas Hougardy, Managing Director of Softbauware GmbH, says about the future of the company in the Enventa Group: ‘For us, this is a strategic decision with a view to the future. We see many opportunities for our customers to benefit from the Group's specialised solutions. Within the Group, however, we can also tackle topics such as solution provision in the cloud or AI implementation more effectively together. Our customers and partners will continue to have access to their familiar contacts in the tried-and-tested manner.

Stéphanie Kliner, Co-CEO of the Enventa Group, says of the new acquisitions: ‘We want to offer our existing and new customers excellent software solutions and become a leading player in the B2B software market. By acquiring Softbauware and Gesys for the enventa Group, we have taken a major step in this direction.’

Stefan Zabicki, Managing Director of Gesys GmbH & Co. KG, adds: ‘Within the enventa Group, we will continue to consistently pursue the path we took last year together with Gesys customers to raise the solution to a new level in terms of software technology. The existing software solutions within the Group offer numerous opportunities for the further development of our industry software to meet the requirements of the future.

Daniel Plohnke, Co-CEO of the Enventa Group, says: ‘The Enventa financial accounting application and the business intelligence solution can be seamlessly integrated into the ERP systems of our new group members. A central cloud platform for all users and the use of AI in support, development and BI round off our offering. Customers of Softbauware and Gesys will therefore be able to utilise new solutions from the Enventa Group in the short and medium term.’

Robin Backfisch, CFO of the Enventa Group, states: ‘This acquisition strengthens our market position and increases our efficiency. For our customers, this means above all investment security from a stable and future-proof partner.’
