A new mixing equipment and a revolutionary coating technology

 At bauma 2010, the Teka company presented its newly developed mixing equipment – a „mixing turbine“ for high-performance planetary mixers. An innovative coating for mixing equipment minimizing depositions is implemented at Teka at the same time. It is also possible to combine both innovations with each other.

The new design of the „mixing turbine“ creates a throwing and centrifugal effect ensuring an ideal material flow and self-cleaning properties. The geometry of the equipment thus provides smaller contact surfaces for adherent materials which in turn results in a lower degree of soiling inside the mixer. The higher mixing quality guarantees even better finished products and reduces the amount of waste. The new mixing equipment makes sure that even in case of different filling quantities the optimum amount of power is applied to the material. Thus, the high degree of material distribution that...
