Modernisation of aerated autoclaved concrete production

The W+K Maschinenfabrik GmbH designed a compact cutting line for autoclaved aerated concrete and installed this line at the customer’s site in Poland in summer 2009. The concept can replace the universal-60-cutting line, which is often used in the CIS States and Eastern European countries. This concept is perfect for wide aerated concrete blocks.

“With their newly developed compact cutting line WK CL W+K Maschinfabrik GmbH meet the increased demand for modernization concepts in the production of AAC. Many of the customers – especially in the CIS States but also in Eastern Europe – want to replace their old cutting lines. According to Josef Wierling and Dieter Klare, Joint Managing Directors of W+K, the compact cutting line can be integrated into almost every plant because the device requires little space.
