A midsummer night for precast elements
It’s always a pleasure, dear readers of BFT International, to be able to spread – together with Bauverlag, our industry partner of many years – new optimism for building with concrete elements. The BetonTage congress in 2022 will be moved from winter to early summer, to ensure, among other things, greater safety and more predictable framework conditions. The event will take place from 21 to 23 June 2022, for the first time in the Ulm Congress Centrum and the annexed Hotel Maritim.
This location, with its light open ambiance, will offer a new quality for ongoing education and industrial networking, while still offering the familiar compactness. Because personal encounters cannot be adequately replaced by any digital format. The most recent inspiring example for this was the BIBM Congress in November 2021 in Copenhagen, successfully conducted under safe conditions and face-to face by our joint congress organization Building Congress Forum – for all participants a great déjà vu of face-to-face industrial communication.
The BetonTage congress, in its complex diversity, remains true to itself: from architecture to structural design and production in all sectors of the various segments of precast concrete elements, all the way to the contracting companies of the construction industry. All partners will be present – under the doubly significant motto “Sustainable building with concrete.”
Together with all manufacturers and industry partners of concrete elements, manufactured concrete products and cast stone, we look forward to an inspiring midsummer night at the BetonTage.
