(57) The present invention relates to a prefabricated modular building panel comprising an outer leaf consisting of a layer of cementitious material such as precast concrete, an insulation layer 203 disposed adjacent to the outer leaf 201, an air cavity 202 formed between the outer leaf 201 and the insulation layer 203, and an inner leaf consisting a metal frame placed adjacent to and in contact with the insulation layer 203.
