Concrete basements – Thermally activated and managed

The need for improving energy efficiency of buildings and the request of building owners for the highest possible comfort require using ­energy in a resource-conserving way as well as concepts for sophisticated building services. Active thermal mass management combined with an efficient construction method allows heating and cooling with the aid of ambient heat.
