Condition assessment and rehabilitation of existing concrete tanks

Since the early 1990s, concrete tanks for three-compartment septic tanks have been manufactured of quality-controlled reinforced-concrete components using concrete grade B 45. After 25 years in operation, they are frequently still in good or even very good condition provided that appropriate ventilation is ensured.
