Mimi Rainero Coles, Sales and Business Development Manager with Permatile Concrete Products Co. in Bristol, Va., has been appointed National Precast Concrete Association’s (NPCA) 48th Chairman of the Board. Rainero Coles began her term in the year-long position on October 6 at NPCA’s 47th Annual Convention in New Orleans.
