NPCA elected leaders, honored influencers

Andy Wieser, President of Wieser Concrete Products headquartered in Maiden Rock, Wis., has been appointed the National Precast Concrete Association’s Chairman of the Board. Wieser began his one-year term on Saturday, Oct. 24; at NPCA’s 50th Annual Convention in Minneapolis, Minn. rounding out the leadership are Chairman-elect Greg Stratis of Shea Concrete Products in Amesbury, Mass., and Secretary/Treasurer Ashley Smith of Smith Midland Corp. in Midland, Va.
