Innovation: Aco Therm 3.0

In residential projects, many basements are prefabricated, which particularly applies to single-family homes. To reap the full benefits of the precast process, it is recommended to integrate basement windows as early as at the precast plant. The newly developed Aco Therm 3.0 basement window combines the appearance of a window used for living spaces with the specifications of EnEV 2014 (Energieeinsparverordnung; German Energy Saving Regulation) and the features that result from the production of the wall units at the precast plant:
